1. Scope
This policy applies to products and services purchased from Maker Minds Edutech Private Limited through our website, authorized payment links, or official sales channels.
Because Maker Minds provides both educational services and physical STEM kits, return eligibility depends on whether the purchase is a course, program, bundled kit, or standalone product.
2. Courses And Programs
Course and program fees are generally non-returnable once enrollment access, batch allocation, mentor support, learning material, live session access, or project resources have been activated.
If a duplicate payment, payment error, or incorrect enrollment occurs, contact us at connect@makerminds.in with the order ID, invoice ID, payment ID, student name, and registered email or mobile number.
3. STEM Kit Returns
STEM kits and hardware products are not returnable after delivery if the package has been opened, used, assembled, damaged after delivery, or if components are missing due to customer handling.
A return or replacement request may be considered only if the product received is damaged in transit, materially defective on arrival, or different from the item ordered.
4. Reporting Damaged Or Incorrect Items
For damaged, defective, or incorrect kit deliveries, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@makerminds.in. Please include the order ID, clear photos or video of the package, product, shipping label, and the issue.
Requests without sufficient evidence or requests raised after the reporting window may be declined.
5. Replacement Process
If a replacement is approved, Maker Minds may replace the full kit or the affected component depending on the issue. Replacement timelines depend on stock availability, location, courier serviceability, and verification of the claim.
Customers may be asked to keep the original packaging and affected components until the issue is resolved.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping may be included when a STEM kit is supplied as part of an eligible program or course bundle. A standalone STEM kit order may include an additional shipping charge, currently Rs.100 unless changed at checkout.
Shipping charges are generally non-returnable unless the return or replacement is approved due to a confirmed Maker Minds fulfillment error or transit damage.
7. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or replacements may be declined for opened or used kits, assembled or modified components, missing accessories, damage caused by misuse, incorrect wiring, water exposure, physical breakage after delivery, buyer's remorse, change of mind, or delay in reporting the issue.
8. Refunds Where Applicable
If a refund is approved for a duplicate payment, failed service delivery, unavailable product, or confirmed billing issue, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing timelines depend on the payment provider and banking network.
Maker Minds may deduct applicable charges such as payment gateway fees, shipping, taxes, or consumed service value where permitted and relevant.
